I let a so called 'friend' use my laptop while I was on vacation for a few days a month or more ago. I totally forgot to log out of my hotmail account, which automatically logs in when you turn the computer on. As soon as I got back I started getting some really nasty emails and such going straight to my inbox. I didn't really want to deal with it, so I shut down my account, then restarted it. Everything has been going to my junk inbox. If it wasn't an email address I immediately recognized, or if I was just skimming I probably deleted it. Sorry that I deleted your email, I didn't mean to! Needless to say that the 'friend' is no longer welcome near my stuff or in my home. I'm going to have to get my laptop looked over because I'm pretty sure it's got some viruses and such on it. The good news is they didn't mail any of my friends or family, and my husband said I probably caught it in time to not spread anything to anyone...hopefully.
Ah well, though. Suppose I should be just a little less trusting, which is sad. Just email me again, and I'll watch for it this time.
